The USTA hotels offer a new Guest Bonus Program (please find the details at www.ustahotels.ru).
The Program is available at the Grand-Avenue hotel, the Yekaterinburg-Tsentralny hotel, the Iset hotel, the Premier-hotel, the City-hotel, the Hermitage hotel, the Magister.

What is our Guest Bonus Program?

We award participants of the program with the points calculated as 3% from the hotel services cost.  The hotel services cost is the total sum of money spent on the USTA hotel services:

The more services you purchase, the more bonus points you receive your personal account.

How can I receive my Bonus card?

To become a participant of the Guest Bonus Program you should be at least 18 years of age.
You can receive your Bonus card while your first stay at the USTA hotels.

When you pay services and fill in the Program form, you receive your Bonus card.
You are automatically signed to the Guest Bonus Program after receiving your Bonus card.

Where can I use my Bonus card?

Hotels:
- The Grand-Avenue hotel, 40, Lenina St.;
- The Yekaterinburg-Tsentralnyy hotel, 74, Malisheva St.;
- The Iset hotel, 69/1, Lenina St.;
- The Premier-hotel, 23, Krasnoarmeyskaya St.;
- The City-hotel, 32b, Serafimi Deryabinoy St;
- The Hermitage, 8, Otdyha St;
- The Magister hotel, 50, 8 Marta St.

Cafes and restaurants:
- The Savoy restaurant and the lobby-bar of the «Yekaterinburg-Tsentralny» hotel;
- The Case restaurant and the Jam bar of the «Grand-Avenue hotel»;
- The Iset hotel cafe;
- The Premier-hotel cafe;
- The City-hotel cafe;
- The Magister cafe;
- The Hermitage restaurant. 

Health center:
- The Eurasia of the «Grand-Avenue hotel».

What services are available for the Guest Bonus Program?
Services:
- hotel accommodation;
- cafe and restaurant ;
- equipment rent;
- sauna;
- telephone calls;
- laundry service;
- concierge service.

How can I receive my Bonus points?

Every time you use our hotel and restaurant services providing your Bonus card you earn new Bonus points.

New points are sent to your Bonus card account within 24-hours after a payment for the hotel services, and immediately after payment for the restaurant, cafe and extra services.

You continue to receive the Bonus points during seasonal promotions and special offers.

Received Bonus points cannot be expired.

Bonus points are not added to your card account if you cancel your reservation or decline ordered service.

How can I find out the amount of my Bonus points?

You may require the information about your Bonus card account at the Reception desk.

All the participants have an access to their personal cabinets at www.ustahotels.ru. You can find the information about your Bonus account using your personal cabinet.

General terms and conditions

You may use your Bonus points at the USTA hotels and restaurants only. Bonus points are not negotiable, commissionable or redeemable for cash.

In case your card is lost we block your previous account. You will receive a new.
